A maxillofacial unit printed surgical guides in SoonSer bio-compatible resin on the Smart-400H. The 400 × 200 × 400 mm platform produced two guides in one run with ±80 μm accuracy at 0.02 mm layer thickness, and the parts withstood 134 °C autoclaving without deformation. By using our Smart and Mars Pro series printers, medical teams can produce parts with fine accuracy, smooth surfaces, and consistent mechanical performance. This level of precision supports not only product development but also clinical testing and training applications.
