SoonSer Mars Pro is a new industrial resin 3D printer line that offers incredible print volume for large-scale applications and mass production needs.

There are a bevy of advantages that resin 3D printing offers over its FDM counterpart. Speed, print quality, and less design boundaries are some of the main ones that instantly come to mind. More often than not, however, print volume is much more restrictive – making it difficult for large-scale projects and mass production needs.

The SoonSer Mars Pro Series aims to eliminate this bottleneck by bringing large-scale resin 3D printing to the commercial market. Leveraging 10 years of experience in the 3D printing industry and partnerships with various material suppliers and technology leaders, the manufacturer believes its latest release can make a major splash on the commercial market.

Now, with the Mars Pro Series, SoonSer is entering the vast world of commercial applications. As companies and manufacturers search for a high-quality resin 3D printer capable of handling mass production and large-scale prototyping, the Mars Pro is sure to catch their attention.

SoonSer Mars Pro: Massive Resin 3D Printers for Mass Production

The Mars Pro 3D printer line comes in three different models, each one varying in print volume and accuracy. The largest model of the bunch has a whopping 1600 x 800 x 600mm build volume, while the other two models offer a slightly smaller, yet still enormous print area.

Mars Pro-600

Print Volume: 600 x 600 x 400mm

Accuracy: ±0.1mm (L<100mm); ±0.1%xL (L≥100mm)

Mars Pro-850

Print Volume: 850 x 850 x 500mm

Accuracy: ±0.15mm (L<100mm); ±0.15%xL (L≥100mm)

Mars Pro-1600

Print Volume: 1600 x 800 x 600mm

Accuracy: ±0.2mm (L<100mm); ±0.2%xL (L≥100mm)

Size isn’t the only intriguing attribute the Mars Pro 3D printer series has to offer. SoonSer has implemented several features that make its latest product line easy-to-use and intuitive. Designed with modularity in mind, each 3D printer is built around a marble platform and boasts a highly stable Z-axis.

Mars Pro is equipped with VarioSpot, a patented intelligent variable spot system that makes the printing process three times more efficient than 3D printers with a single spot system. Customers will also take solace in the high precision level control system and calibration system that guarantees high quality and incredibly accurate results, as well as repeatability.

An easy-to-navigate user interface allows users to seamlessly operate the machine and find critical insights, such as hardware usage and part traceability. On top of that, the SoonSer software is constantly improved through customer feedback.

SoonSer Mars Pro can be used for prototyping, mass production, rapid precision casting, making it suitable for several industries, including art, architecture, medical, and many others. SoonSer has already brought its Mars Pro 3D printer to customers worldwide.

To showcase the power and potential of the Mars Pro 3D printer series, SoonSer has shared an assortment of impressive use cases.

Larger Than Life Use Cases Show the Capabilities of the Mars Pro

At Shaoxing University, students utilized the Mars Pro to produce a gigantic artificial mountain. Measuring 600 x 250 x 85mm, the mountain took five days to 3D print, along with an additional 15 days for post-processing. The quality of the 3D printed parts reduced the usual finishing time by up to 50%, saving the team both time and overall cost.

SoonSer Mars Pro was also used by the China University of Mining and Technology to 3D print an even larger artificial mountain. In just seven days, the university managed to produce a towering structure that spanned 6,000 x 2,500 x 1,500 mm, making it four times higher than the average person. Made from 3D printed resin and aluminum alloy materials, 3D printing enabled this project to be completed in a more time-efficient manner than traditional processes.

While this resin 3D printer series is clearly capable of producing incredibly large artificial mountains, there are also several use cases involving other types of models. For instance, using ultra-transparent resin S-CL7001 and a SoonSer Mars Pro 3D printer, a team produced the windows for a Sky Shuttle Model. Not only was the 3D printer able to flawlessly print the fine details of this train model, but the resin itself provided toughness and strength. Once again, this use case showcases the printer’s ability to lower production costs while boasting impeccable precision.

Another example of the SoonSer Mars Pro’s ability to print with fine details comes in the form of a production line model produced for a client. In just seven days, the team was able to disperse data and 3D print an array of production line parts that were painted and fitted into an assembly line model. The resulting project showcases remarkable surface quality and, once again, a major reduction in time and costs.

As you can see, the SoonSer Mars Pro 3D printer series is a highly versatile machine that emphasizes size and print accuracy – two characteristics that are required for industrial applications.
